Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), Iron-Absorption, and Coeliac Disease

[Symptoms] The Restless Leg Syndrom (RLS) is a neurological disorder that results in an agitated sleep, with the urge to move the legs.
[Activation] Coeliac disease is a common genetic disorder of the immune system that can restrict the proper absorption of iron.
[Prevention] Recent research conducted in 2009 confirms the link between the Restless Leg Syndrom and the over-reaction to wheat, and recommends a systematic screening for coeliac disease in people presenting RLS symptoms.
